1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RevisitThis.link Chrome extension ("Extension") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

RevisitThis.link is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to create reminders associated with specific websites. The Service enables users to:

• Create text-based reminders for any webpage
• Set reminder frequency (every visit, daily, or once)
• Store reminders locally or sync across devices
• Manage and delete reminders at any time

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to create, store, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension
• Not use the Service to violate the rights of others
• Be responsible for all content you create within the Extension

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MagicusPrime LDA. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Portugal and the European Union.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MagicusPrime LDA.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the reminder content you create. Since all data is stored locally on your device (or in Chrome sync if enabled), we do not have access to, claim ownership of, or take responsibility for your content.

You are solely responsible for the content of your reminders and any consequences of storing that content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection and use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MagicusPrime LDA does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGICUSPRIME LDA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Loss of data stored in your browser's local storage or sync storage

9. Data Loss Disclaimer

Since all data is stored locally in your browser, MagicusPrime LDA is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to:

• Browser data clearing or cache deletion
• Extension uninstallation
• Browser updates or changes
• Device failure or data corruption
• Chrome sync issues or Google account changes

We recommend regularly backing up important information stored in the Extension.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All data stored locally will be deleted when you uninstall the Extension.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
